When we began creating fresh-from-the-farm ice cream in 2000, we resolved it would be super-premium grade and made “the way nature intended.” ™
Using milk from our herd of Jersey breed cows, with its extra-high butterfat content, home-style recipes and natural flavorings, Hope Acres ice cream is rich, creamy and amazingly flavorful.
Over the years, we have expanded to other lines of products, all of which are distinguished by the same high-quality ingredients that our ice cream is renowned for. Today, all of these products are sold at our Brown Cow Country Market. Many of our products are also available at the fine retailers listed on the left.
- Ice Cream - Super Premium Grade (See the flavors at right)
- Milk - Whole, 2%, 1%, Fat-Free; plus Whole and Skim available in unhomogenized “Cream Line” form
- Chocolate Milk - Regular and No-Sugar Added
- Iced Tea Coolers - Regular, Flavored and Sugar-Free
- Flavored Drinks - Lemonade Cooler (available with no sugar added) and Orange Drink
- Cheeses - Cheddar, Pepper Jack, Herbal Jack, Colby, Colby Dill and Chesapeake Crab Spice Colby
